Carrying Care to Every Corner!
Summer 2025
This summer, we hosted a distribution event in New York City, handing out 20 care packages to our unhoused neighbors. With the help of our dedicated volunteers and generous sponsors, we provided essential items and shared moments of connection and hope with those we met throughout the city.

We are incredibly grateful for our volunteers and supporters who believe in our mission and help us make a difference for our unhoused community. We look forward to many more events like this in the future!

Handing out bags to the unhoused with TD Bank!
August 24, 2018
On August 24, 2018, we teamed up with TD Bank in our biggest event yet to hand out care packages and interact with our houseless neighbors near Grand Central Station, Bryant Park, and Times Square. With the generous help from the many projectUmbrella and TD Bank volunteers, we were able to hand out 44 care packages in a single day!
We are very thankful for TD Bank and Dawn Carrillo, Vice President and Field Marketing Manager at TD Bank, for believing in our mission and helping us make a difference for our unhoused community. We hope to have many more events like this in the future!
